What are the products eligible for refunds?

All products purchased on reerthus.com (except gift with purchases) are applicable for refunds! Do note however, that any damaged product as a result of external factors, e.g. damaged bottles due to mishandling, are not covered by this return policy.
How will my return be reimbursed?

You will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of US$20 per product returned. Refunds does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product. Refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.
What happens after initiating a return?

Our friendly team will send an email acknowledgement. Please return the product(s) to: RE:ERTH Returns at 638 East Palmdale Ave, Orange, CA 92865, USA. Once we have processed your parcel and confirmed eligibility, refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel, and you will be notified via email.
What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible?

We will drop you an email, and you can opt for a collection at our office during office hours, or we can return your parcel at prevailing delivery rates.

Also known as Mothers’ Milk from Danish Cows, this ingredient is rich in immunoglobulin with anti-bacterial effects, and contains Vitamins B and E. Also contains moisture locking properties to strengthen and invigorate skin cells.

usage & storage

Use twice daily, morning and night.

Apply 2-3 pumps evenly to face, neck and décolleté. 

Gently start from T-zone, working outwards towards hairline and neck. 

Use dab and tab method until product is fully absorbed.

Apply SPF and/or makeup after, if desired.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. It has a shelf life of 3 years, unopened. Once opened, it is recommended to finish it within 6 months.

Is there alcohol in Hydrating Gel Moisturizer?

There is a very low concentration of ethanol added as a dispersion system in the formula, but our moisturizer is specifically formulated to be non-sensitizing and highly moisturizing.
