All money back guarantees offered by RE:ERTH are subject to a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Claims outside of this period will not be eligible.
What are the products eligible for refunds?
All products purchased on reerth.com (except products on Auto-Replenishment, and gift with purchases) are applicable for refunds! Do note however, that any damaged product as a result of external factors, e.g. damaged bottles due to mishandling, are not covered by this return policy.
How will my return be reimbursed?
You will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of S$25 per product returned. Refunds does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product.
Refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.
What happens after initiating a return?
Our friendly team will send an email acknowledgement. Please return the product(s) to: RE:ERTH Returns at 327A Beach Road Singapore 199560. Once we have processed your parcel and confirmed eligibility, refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel, and you will be notified via email.
What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible?
We will drop you an email, and you can opt for a collection at our office during office hours, or we can return your parcel at a redelivery fee of $5.
