Can I exchange/refund my purchases?

At RE:ERTH, we are dedicated to quality and providing a minimalistic, gentle approach to healthy, mochi-skin. If for any reason you don’t feel satisfied with the product(s) you’re using, you may return the product(s) within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

For full terms and conditions, kindly refer to our Terms of Service. To initiate a return, please contact us at with your name, order number, and reason for refund.

Is there a guarantee period?

All money-back guarantees offered by RE:ERTH are subject to a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Claims outside of this period will not be eligible.

What are the products eligible for refunds?

All products purchased on (except gift with purchases) are applicable for refunds! Do note however, that any damaged product as a result of external factors, e.g. damaged bottles due to mishandling, are not covered by this return policy.

How will my return be reimbursed?

You will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of $20 per product returned. Refunds do not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product. Refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.

What happens after initiating a return?

Our friendly team will send an email acknowledgement. Please return the product(s) to: RE:ERTH USA (Returns) at 638 E Palmdale Ave Orange, CA 92865 USA. Once we have processed your parcel and confirmed eligibility, the refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel, and you will be notified via email.

What happens if I receive a damaged / defective product?

Please inspect your products for any damage or defects upon shipment arrival. Should there be a product damage/defect, please contact us immediately at Please provide the order number along with clear photos and your phone number for a quicker reply. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged / defective product for inspection. Upon acknowledgement and confirmation from our end, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged / defective product to us at your expense, and any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
