You will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of US$20 per product returned. Refunds does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product. Refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.

Used for about 10 days. Really saw the difference. Skin brightens and tightens up. Serum absorbs quickly. Smells is very nice. It's not those perfume smell. More like herbs and flowers smell. Love it. Will buy the full range ;) Oh. Customer service is great. I had some doubts about the steps as alot of website says it's always toner then serum. Clarified with the CS and they mentioned that for their product it is serum first then toner due to the quick absorbance rate.
